Dwc help slow growth

I have bin growing this plant for over a month now idk what I'm doing wrong I keep the root temps at 70 and m closer is a little hot about 90 my ph is always within 5.8 and 6.2.

What is your PPM or EC?

Never mind. I saw it. How are you exchanging air in this closet?

I have a 4 inch fan running at 1/2 power

We can't see the plant with LED. Closer pics in normal light help.

90F is pretty warm for an indoor grow.
