DWC Growing?

Just a few quick questions...

How often do I need to ad nutrients to my water?

I am going to start my seedling at 1/2 strenth, so I just ad the 2nd half when its big enough or do I ad full strenth at that time because the intial nutes have been used up?

Do I ad a dose of full strenth every week after that?

Do I try to constantly mantian a specific PPM?

Do I ever need to change the water completly?

In the last week of flowering they suggest flushing to remove chemichals from the buds... Is it adventagius to change the water completly or just stop adding and let the plant aborb the remainder without fruther feedings prior to the final week?

Thank you, I searched for these answers and coudlnt find them.

You shouldn't been spamming your posting questions man. You only need to post one. People will respond negatively if you constantly re-post the same questions, just in diff sub-forums.

Also as for the questions the other thread was answered well. Most people have their own way of going about adjusting the variables in their dwc. You have to find a range that is comfortable for you.

I'll tackle one or two of your questions. Early on with your seedling, you should start with just plane old water Ph'd to your strain's requirements (most often between 5.5 & 6.0), but I'm not sure about the nutes because I don't know your setup & strain. But I would add nutes starting 2nd week at half strength (again, depends on strain and type of nutes). Second question I'll try is "should I change water completely?" This question also begs the question "what is your setup?". If you have a reservoir for water, yes you need to change it periodically to keep water from "spoiling", every 2 weeks at least. If you use household water from the city, make sure you let the water sit for a couple days before introducing it to your little plants to let the chlorine and other additives dissipate.

There's a start for you BigHoseExpert. If you ask questions, you get answers.....regardless of how often & where you ask them.:joint::weed:

Just a few quick questions...

How often do I need to ad nutrients to my water?

daily, once a day, about the same time of day, you look and see how much water is missing, at how much did they drink. At about 5 or 6 weeks, 4 to 6 plants will drink one gallon a day. Daily as you replace the missing water, you also replace a proportionate amount of nutrients. For example, if you have an 8 gallon tank using 6 gallons of water, and your nutes call for one tablespoon per gallon. When you replace one gallon of water, you also repalce one table spoon of nutes. This rule of thumb works well if you do NOT have a ppm meter.

I am going to start my seedling at 1/2 strenth, so I just ad the 2nd half when its big enough or do I ad full strenth at that time because the intial nutes have been used up? when you see 4 full leaves, I use 1/4 nutes, at 6 leaves, 1/2, and at 8 leaves, full strenght.

Do I ad a dose of full strenth every week after that? See above

Do I try to constantly mantian a specific PPM? YES, charts are avaialable for how much

Do I ever need to change the water completly? After the first ten days, do a complete Drain and Replinish once a week.

In the last week of flowering they suggest flushing to remove chemichals from the buds... Is it adventagius to change the water completly or just stop adding and let the plant aborb the remainder without fruther feedings prior to the final week? when you are ready to FLUSH, do a DRAIN but NO Replinish.

you're welcomed.
