Dwc first timer how often do I change water in my little kit

I just got this kit off ebay way over paid. Anyways I have been vegging my plant for couple weeks I changed the water and put advanced nutrients in water I got the pH perfect nutrients micro grow and bloom says to use all 3 but I didn't use bloom yet cause I'm not flowering should I use it still and how often should I be changing my water out?
