i do have an extra airpump... thinking bout maybe runnin a airpump to an airstone in the bottom.... and then put the drip system pump on maybe 6 times a day for 15 min intervals.... that sound logical?

yipp sure does dude, they love their air, i like those set ups also heard they are mint for mother plants, might just order myself one aswell, ive heard many good things about them, best of luck to you.

thanks robin... i have had great luck with it... im thinkin adding an additional pump n a big airstone in the bottom will be perfect.... robin in my honest opinion ur better off gettin the 3 dollar bucket from lowes/home depot... grab a 10 inch net pot from worms way and a good air pump and stone... but then again with that u get everything good to go and ready... bucket / dripper / tubing / hydroton / and nutes...... pretty good deal all around... im eventually going to get a splicer and have c02 run into the same tube as the airpump....

You're probably right in suggesting he just build a DWC bucket for at least half the price of one of these. I have two and absolutely love them. They are excellent for mothers as you stated. as was also said you can do fine running it on 24/7. I run mine on for fifteen minutes and off for thirty during daylight hours so 6-8 times a day is perfect. They're nice if you put a stone in the bottom. You can even feed the air hose through the water level indicator so you don't have to drill holes. Good luck.:peace:
