I posted a while back about the room these ladies are in, asking if height would be an issue. It doesn't look like it will be, but these are out of control (a good thing!) and looking quite nice. These are on day 5 of 12/12. Not seeing any buds quite yet...
I am using the Lucas Formula to keep it simple. The buckets are 10gal rubbermaid bins with 2 plants each. Gorwn from seed in rockwool cubes. This is my first SCROG, so this will be a good practice run. I think I should have started 12/12 a bit sooner, but oh well.
These are grown from seed, ordered from Attitude. Strain is Pineapple Chunk by Barney Farms. Light is a 600W HPS (flower) and 600W MH (veg). Buckets are actually sunk into the floor (had to dig out about a foot down) to maximize height. This setup makes for more difficult water level checking, since they do not move. I have cut filler holes in the tops of the containers so I can see the level and fill accordingly.
For smell I have a vent fan venting directly outside, and that works really well.
Hopefully these ladies don't get too tall! I have been doing some slight training on the taller stalks, as I can't really have them get too much taller. Anyway thought I would show my progress!
