hey guys new to dwc i have sprouts in a paper towel when they pop wont the rocks hurt the root at this stage when i put them in?how do you guys plant them?

also when iplant it should i leave the water below the pots ?

no you should have the water in the pot with bubbles/as soon as the roots grow out of the net cup then u should have the water 1 inch below the net cup

k so have the water right below where i pu the seed the when roots come out of the pot drop it to 1

i can grow very good with soil i have no clue with this lol

why cant he use rock wool for those seedlings?, wouldnt that give him a better foundation then just putting the seedling right in the rocks?
