Hey guys, just wondering if anyone here has had experience using Dutch Passion Blueberry femed seeds and if so what you thought of them. Easy to grow in soil/hydro? Good smoke?

Looking at attitude seeds for supplier. thoughts?

there are a few basic things to know when growing blueberry,go easy on nutes and dont flower to long.
your best to start very light with the nute and slowly build up always keeping an eye on the plants health.
if you let the plant flower to long it will hermi, this is because some sativas carry a self servival trate to hermi
and there for create a new generation,if the plant has not been pollonated by a male near the end of flowering.
also some plants carry the crinckle leaf pheno and look weird and mutated.all this said it will if looked after produce
great plants that are a1 smoke.

wow, thanks for the informative post. i'll definitely bear the nutes sensitivity in mind during the grow. was not aware of the hermi possibilities with the long bloom either. this is helpful!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
p.s. the blueberry is indica/sativa

the hermi trate came from the sativa part of it family.

i thought i should add this as i just read my post back and it looks like i was saying blueberry is a full sativa

good choice, they arent the easiest to grow and the fem seeds tend to hermie more often. You may want to consider getting the regular seeds and selecting your best female for a mother plant and take cuttings. This way you wont have to worry about males anymore and you wont have to keep buying seeds because youll have a fresh supply of clones when needed.

that is a great point. i am hoping to take some clones off this grow. hope they don't all turn hermie on me. i hear that light leaks and plant stress contribute to hermie development, so I'll try to be gentle with them and not push with too many nutes.

I'd go for the regular seeds. That's just me, but if you want to make your own seeds start w/ regular seeds. Hermies are a drag, but if you do get them they are still not the end of the world. At least if you are doing a small scale grow you just need to find the male flowers and clip them before they open. But those boys are tricky, be thorough.

Good luck w/the BB. It's got to be one of the nicest smokes on the planet.

Peace

Yep! got them in the mail wrapped up in a Bob Marley t-shirt. Just put them into my peat pellets for germination and hopefully see them break surface soon. I got 5 of them, but only growing 2 in the first round along with Big Bud (1 leftover seed from previous grow) and Power Skunk (part of freebies with my attitude order)

Thanks again everyone for the help and advice!
