Dutch Master Nutrients in Soil?

I have dutch master nutrients that I use with my hydroponic setup and was wondering if anyone used/knows if I can use this in soil as well? If so, at what strength?

u can use it in a soilless mix like promix at same strenght as in hydro, just make sure you flush once a week. If you'r growing outside in dirt then you only want to use it at half strenght and only once a week, give it water the rest of the time if outside.
