durban poison in flowering stage for app. 18 days now.its stopped growing.its about 16 inches tall.is that normal for a durban poison

That is too fit. IF i was u i would put some poster boards around it. Will help it alot! Is that a 125w?

All MJ plants show slowing growth for the first stages of floweringn then will start budding and growth will resume ..

You still have close to 6 weeks left. Normally the plants flourish during the 1st half of flowering (verticle growth) then slow down and concentrate on bud formations. You may have slow growth the first week but by week three it should be reaching out.

Light, air, nutes, temps etc... all take a part in the whole picture.
