I've found IG to be really useful for following breeders and what they're up to. There's been a few times where I've just privately messaged the breeder with a question and got a response right away. With hashtags you can follow certain topics. So for example if you really like Banana Punch (because it's been a popular strain lately) you could just follow #bananapunch and see all the uploaded pictures from people who used that hastag. It's actually pretty cool.

Just setup an account and use it privately. You can follow the people and topics you want to follow but don't necessarily have to upload your own content if you don't want to.

I still always find myself back to RIU because sometimes I like to type things out and keep journals. It's still fun to roam around the different sub-forums and see what people are talking about.

My Citrus Farmers are coming along solid in veg. Only planted 5 in soil have 4 alive and well. Going to find a male chuck to a few Greenpoint strains (Boomtown, Deputy, Purple Mt Majesty) and a blood red bleeding Wake of the Dragon and make some f3's.

I bought some Pine n Purps from SOL seeds. Citrus Farmer and Brandywine given as free seeds with the Brandy not doing a thing but the Citrus Farmer is more than making up for it.

My Brandywines were the best germinators of the 5 DVG strains I bought. All respectable germination rates, but the Brandywines 100% and very fast to pop.
