Seeds are seeds there's no way to tell the difference if their male or female until their an actual plant. And males don't produce any bud but you can make a little bit of hash outta the plant.

Hey im not trying to be a smart ass but no they dont come in colors to distinguish sex. There are different factors that can help or hurt your chances of producing females though. For your last question about the males..Growing a male all the way out would be a huge waste of time you would be better off starting over and killing the males and keeping strictly females. If you smoked that whole male plant you might need to go to the emergency room from all the headaches you will be getting bro:bigjoint:hope this helps
 
Males dont true bud but can go hermie. Your best just dumping them but can make a light thc tea by boiling the entire plant. Wouldnt bother with trying hash as the hash is from the trichs and almost none on males. Seed sex isnt a science at all but just some growers have a belief some seeds traits hint at more likely female. Color and size usualy can indicate health and likely hood to sprout
 
it depends on a bunch of things when they flower. it sounds like you are very nieve lol. if someone tells you to water your plants with purple water it won't turn it purple for future reference:)
