What would be your choice for flowering, and why?

dual arc/ because it has the red spectrum you need for flowering.. straight mh is best for veg..

ceramic has all the red plus more blue and uv...at least as much if not more red than hps plus blue and uv for resin production

uhhh 2 250's? Or 400's for that matter..but unfortunately doesn't appear they will go past 400...but that doesn't really matter in my needs

While some HPS have a somewhat extended spectrum to help vegetative growth, the ceramic MH looks pretty nice. The only drawback is what I've found is the lack of high wattage varieties meaning more balasts and reflectors. From a spectrum perspective, it is surely impressive.
