Ok i am drying one of my plants it smells like some danky skunk lol
well im drying a weird way and i would like to know if its bad i hang it up at nigh tin my room in a box an din the morning i hang it up out side? is that bad?

you should just leave it in a room that is dark and dry, Light is bad for drying and curing. Plus being outside might dry it out to fast and leaves it open to pest infestation.

You want a constant condition 60% humidity at around 60f. VICTORYGARDENSHYDRO is correct keep away from light and hang until stems snap when bent.... There is more to it as far as a final cure but that should get you in the right direction.

so ur saying its not good? cuz if i get caught with it im like gona get kicked out soo ya... is it that bad for it? and i need it to dry fast .lol

in all honesty, in my novice 3 years of growing. i find drying and curing to be one of the most important stages. information for it is still straight forward and simple, but it seems to be more difficult than its potrayed to be. I personally have not found a medium, i have cured buds that almost snap but do not, and it was too moist. ive always stated curing buds that are too dry.

regardless, i can never seem to get that punget, sweet, fruity, delicious smell that comes off the plant fresh. mine always seems to turn into a chlorophyll leaf lawn clipping smell. good luck let me know what works for you.

im attempting to set up different drying spots in my house to see what works the best.
