Drying necessary for butter?

Hi everyone,

Is it necessary to dry the crop if all you are going to do is make butter from it? I'm thinking it sounds like a wasted step, but I don't know.

HAHAHA. I picture Fabio looking all gay saying "I can't believe it's not butter", while he is spreading THC butter on his English Muffin. HAHAHA

I would water cure it to get all the crap out of it. Thats what I did with mine and there isn't even a faint hint of cannabis taste to my cookies, they are fab
