drying my dope

hey i i know when my weed is finished done drying its crunchy and its really done if the stem is easy to break but i have been drying it for like a day and ahalf but i dont smell it no more like when i took it from its from the stock and starting manicuring it. Well the smell come back to life and the potentcy when i cure it or whats up .

I have heard this before, but I personally don't like to let it get that dry. Ya the smell will change and come back stronger when you start your cure, and personally I don't even think the bud really gets me high like I like until a minimum 3 day jar (I know most people don't even think about smoking with only 3 day cure, but I begin smoking my popcorn as soon as it's dry.)

that's normal. when the chlorophyll is gone the smell should come back. don't overdry because you won't be able to rehydrate it.

so i mean how long should it be really before i cure it actually cuz it already been a day and a half and its getting there but its not fully dry i can tell cuz its shrinking more

best way is to put the buds into the jar with a hygrometer. if the rh is over 70 then take the buds out and lay them on a newspaper overnight then repeat the process. its very important you don't over dry. i worry about that more than anything else.
