Drying Ice Hash

Ok, so you hang your plants in a cool dark place to dry for a few reasons, however one that I've heard is light degrades THC. So does the same apply to hash? I was thinking of letting the remaining water with hash in it dry in the growroom under the HID, bad idea or not?

i read the title and thought it was "dry ice" hash... i was like cool... new hash! lol

Yes, light degrades THC especially quickly when it's wet, as in freshly harvested plant material, water-curing, cooking or butter-making, and hash-making. So these activities are best done in low light.

that's what I was thinking, when I make bubble hash, all the water goes through the screens, into the bathtub and down the drain...the only thing "remaining" is my hash......

need more specifics on your hash making procedure.....to know what you mean...
