what's up doc.

hey all i'm new so be nice.ha ha

so here's the problem,my clones that are started in 80%vermiculite and 20% fox farms ocean forest, under a hps 250w,and 35%humidty look alright when they are starting there roots but as soon as i plant them into a bigger pot they just start getting these dry burnt tips of the older leaves first and as the plant grows it just repeats this dry burnt leaf that starts at the tip of the leaf and then the whole thing curls into a claw shape.

i know this should be a over fert problem, so i flush but they just look worse.and the pot gets relly waterloged feeling by wieght.

the ffof soil did wonders in the begining but know it's jusy burn city now and it's getting old.

do you go fifty fifty with soil to vermiculite could this be a problem,to help flush out ferts better till plant adjusts????????:weed:

Does that Fox Farms soil have nutes in it already? If it does they would be a time release type and flushing would make it release more.

its just has every thing you would want like worm caseing and fish ferts and green sand,it has a ph of seven when i cecked run off before?

Exactly bro, it is perfect straight from the bag. Why you cut it with anything is beyond me. The leaves are fucked because the humidity is so low. The more nutes a plant is given, the more humidity is needed to keep the plant cool. 70% RH is ideal.

i read somewhere that low humidity is better because it forces the plants to produce more resin to keep from drying out is that true? i am having similar problems and i also have low humidity in my grow room (35%). i posted pics of my curled leaves

i've heard the same thing about the resin and the leaves but you need to keep it arond 40% during flower is what they say
