Dry or Manicure first?

My 6 footer is ready, but the 4 footer could use a day or two more. My question is, should I chop it down and dry it for a day or two and then manicure it? Or, should I manicure it first then chop it down and dry it out then? Also, what is the best method of drying? I heard hang upside down, shake the excess dirt off the roots and hang upside down by the roots. Or, do you chop about mid-branch and dry from there? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

trim off all the leaves for bubble hash, then hang them upside down in a dark well ventilated place for about a week, then manicure them in airtight jars. open them a few times a day, do this until the buds are how you like them!

I agree with trimming first cause it's easier to cut.Once it's dried it's harder to trim. But then I like a nice clean bud. My bud needs to have the looks, taste, smell, and high. I'm very picky but I can be.

Which ever, its easier to trim first and it dries faster. Just cut it at the base near the soil, you dont do anything with the roots. Dry for about 3-7, maybe paper bag for day or 2, then jars.
