Dry or freeze trim before making bubble hash?

hey i am wanting to make some hash with dry ice and bubble bags. [pressing kief into hash] is it best to dry then freeze or freeze right away ?thanks

Dry/cure your bud like normal. I put the trim in the freezer for 12 hours before I'm
ready to use it.

What bigsteve said. Also, when I made mine, I realized later that I should have dry-filtered first. Use only the 200 or 220 bag, put your shake in that and cinch it closed. Put it in a paper bag preferably, or a plastic bag.. Give it some good shakes, breaking the frozen trichomes.. Let the powder already loose come out of the filter bag. Put what you extracted aside for either further processing or try smoking it first. I got a pound off a buddy and noticed there were lots of dry brown crystals that tended to rest at the bottom of the bag, but it was all mixed in.. I figured if I made bubblehash as normal, that would all come through anyway. But its better to remove what you can first, I believe I would have a better product if I did.
