Droppy on top but not on bottom? HELP!

Why are they so droopy on the top?!
3gal Smartpots
Autoflowering, trans-siberian
OFFF soil with added dolomite lime
using Sensi A + B at 1/2 str currently

When`s thelast time they were watered? Look thirsty to me. How do the leaves feel, britle, crunchy ... Would certainly give us a better idea
