Droopy Seedling w/pics

Hey all my friend had some seedlings pop up yesterday, and they all looked good, but he knocked one over, and half the dirt was knocked out, he put it back in, and straightened out the little seedling, and for the first time put his 400w MH on it, he started them out only 17 inches away from the light, but after a hour and a half noticed the temp got up to 94 in his closet, he's gotta work on venting. but anyways, so after that he moved the pots away to 24 inches apart and took care of the temp by opening some windows. but one seedling is pretty droopy now, and looks like theres a peice missing out of one of her spear head leaves, a peice that wasnt missing before. theres one more that looks a little droopy too(not pictures), but it isnt as bad and i think its normal. any help will be apreciated.

here's the bad one I was talking bout, sorry i suck at photography so the pictures kinda suck.

hmmm no thoughts? I been starting to think it might be okay, i told him to add more dirt incase thats some of the root sticking out above ground, and told him to water up again, even though in my limited experience with growing, I recall only giveing a seedling one good watering and it was good for a few days, though my room never got up to 94 degree's before either, guess we'll see if it makes any progress.

the thing that scored my ass the first time was blasting them with water being overnervous of drying out, but actually its more harmful overwatering than underwating. wait until the soil dries out n water it a little bit just so u kno it has enuf water for the roots to absorb n keep growing, the 400 watt MH will help boom tha babies
