Droopy plant issue

Hi, a friend has a plant that has been pretty droopy from the get go. It doesn't appear to be over watered to me but I could be wrong. I tried to give it some extra water but it's not really responding. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sure looks a little overwatered, are the roots still nice and white?
Try turning the soil, ie dig carefully down until you meet roots, do this all over and make the top soil more "fluffy". Get some air in there. Parts of the plant will normally respond to this relatively quickly by stretching upwards again, which will give you further indication on what's going on there.

Looks pretty nice otherwise though, good luck ✌

Enanthate, thanks for the help. The lack of yellow leaves on the bottom of the plant fooled me. I assumed that they'd be there if the plant was getting too much water for a extended period of time. I'll report back on what happens.

Fluffed up the top of the soil. The roots seemed a bit deeper than I"d have expected. I'll post a update after the plant responds one way or another. Thanks again.
