Droopy Leaves

Hey everyone i have a plant that is about 2 weeks old and two of it leaves just started becoming saggy yesterday . its under two 26 w cfls with a fan and its in a pot that is 7 inches tall and about 7 inches wide,ive been watering it properly whats wrong?

You probally dont have enough light..or you might be underwatering or over watering..pics would help!

i have 2 26 w cfls thats 3,200 lumens for one plant

Hard to tell. What are your temps? Let me also get a pic of the soil.

my temps were at like 80 for a day and then i fixed it but right after the day of heat those two leaves went south

I would think overwatering. It really doesn't look too bad but you should deffenitly take care of it. Water then wait till the soil is dry then repeat (at least 2 days to dry). I don't think it is root bound. Leaves would be way more droopy. Get your CLFs really close to the top and water every 3 days you will be good to go.
