Droopy Leaves

Does anyone have any idea why the leaves would be drooping like this? It is 3 Bagseed in a 18 gallon rubbermaid container with 25 3/4" holes in the bottom for good drainage. I use Black Gold Potting Mix(works well for the rest of my plants). Maybe under fertilizing? Any opinions would be appreciated.

The last picture is before it was drooping.

Just watered yesterday, only water once a week...(soil is still wet...I know if I water, it will perk up, but I don't want to overwater) I flood the soil with water each time I water, and add a gallon of nutrient solution every other water 16-30-16(not enough, too much?) Overwatering?

I flooded the plants with water yesterday, and added 2 gallons of fertilizer at 30-16-16(thats what my last post should say too, not 16-30-16) Seems to be doing ok.

Before and after(after photo is a little blurry)
