150watts DIY samsung led strips 3000k. Vegging 18/6.. FOF.. using tap water. No nutes yet.. Veg 20 days so far..

What's the drainage like in that cup?

Eh pretty bad.. I just transplanted them into a bigger pot though.. Could that be the reason?

Give em more water. that soil looks very dry.

dont water them all, only ones that are drooping like that. get runoff from it. they'll become droopy again, but you'll notice its only the leaves that are drooping, not the stem. it goes away after 4 hours max.
