Drooping?

whats your soil ph temperature water ph what kind of light and how close is it are their any color variations if so is it on new growth or old leaves need more info to realy help you outAnyone?

they look ok bro. A main cause of drooping is due to either overwatering or underwatering. What your watering schedule, how much are you giving them? I would also check your ph, it should be at about 6.5 to 7, they sell a small ph gauge at lowes that also has a moistness meter. It has worked well for me and i am outdoor organic. It could have to do with watering. I've noticed that my plants usually droop some when I first water them, then within 12 hours or so, atleast by the start of the next light cycle, they start to perk up some. Mos of the time I see people associate drooping with watering though.

I would agree that it is over/underwatering. I would say go as long as possible without watering, gauge the weight of your pot or whatever you have it in. The weight of the pot will tell you when the soil is dry. Moisture meter and pH meter are very good ideas also. It looks like your stem is red. How old are these? What are you thinking about for nutes?

I have nutes but i didnt give them any because the perlite i used at some nutes in it. And ya all my plants stems are turning redish purple even the leaf stems! is that bad??
and im gunna go pick up Ph metter tomorrow when i go get more lights. Had to wait till i got paid.
i had a problem with drooping i read the post Plant Moisture Stress - symptoms and solutions nad it helped me a great deal to understand to read my plants maybe it can help u

How often are you watering your plant? I have been watering every three or four days normally... Just when the container feels rather light. Perhaps the 50/50 mix is not good for the plants? I am thinking about repotting into the same mixture, but going 70/30 Peat Moss/Perlite.

Hrm. I think it could definetly have something to do with our using 50/50 peat moss perlite... Perhaps the MG doesn't hold water good enough for the plants to survive? My question is, if that is the case, how did they last so long without dying? A couple weeks of lacking water? And mine are much worse off than yours. >.<

it it only peat moss and perlite?? both of these substrates are extremely airy and i believe are meant to be added to other substrates to make the soil less dense and drain appropriatly. i dont think that they are to soley be used together. i have no backing on this, such as seeing other peoples plants fail in this mixture, or being sucessful. it just seems like a plant cant survive in solely this mixture. and i have definetely never heard of any good coming from miracle grow pertaining to weed plants. good luck guys

Well, peat moss is actually *very* good at holding water... something like 5 times it weight I believe.... Perlite is the draining side of the composition. I have definetly seen alot of people grow in this medium... usually they add vermiculite to help combat the PH of the soil. Perhaps that could be to blame as well?
