drooping? need help

Hey everyone my plant is looking very droopy and i'm not sure why .. usually you think it would be over watering, but its cup is bone dry to the bottom of the cup ....was going to water it 2day, but not sure what I should do.

<---was yesterday looking ok <----this is today even more droopy but still growing pretty well the tops still producing more leaves pretty well...

<---- from that yesterday pic these little leaves on the nodes were hardly there so its still growing...

THING is should I water.... wait ... or does it need something else.

guessing same symptoms are for underwatering too lol... might be it ...durdur

That looks like almost 100% perlite, it's gonna dry out quick.
Water it, and I bet you'll get it perking up in a couple hours.

ya watered a while ago...ya I'd say its about 60% I'll add more of my soil mix when i transplant
