drooping leaves

i have my plants in flower for 3 weeks,on one plant the very top leaves seem to be drooping from the center of the leaf.they are green as heck but droopy any help!!

Could be a number of things.
More info.

How are you growing them?

sorry no pic but they are in hydro flood system 400 watt hps.leaves seem folded on edges from middle out from center,just near the top. using an.hope this helps.

I find that it's usually from over watering, or under watering.

my water in hydro is between 5.8 and 5.9.thanks for the help and replies!!!
