Drooping leaves

I have 2 outdoor plants that are watered solely by rain and I have not added any nutrients to the plants all summer. Every leaf on the 2 plants seem to be drooping and bending at the stems although they look very healthy and dark green. Is there too much water? Can anybody help?

Too much water plus if you have not added any nutes now might be a good time.........................tyke........................................

sounds like they are not getting enough water.
