Drooping Leaves

OK so I'm 2 weeks from sprout and my babies are drooping a bit. I'm assuming its over watering, but just want to see what your thoughts are.

I'm growing in 3 parts fox farms, 1 part Vermiculite. I have them in half gallon pots and I'm watering about every 3 days. I just watered yesterday morning, ph of water I'm adding is good (i adjusted the water since it was a hair basic). I haven't added any nutes yet, but am thinking of doing a 1/4th on my next watering.

First half inch of soil is dry today. The rest is damp. I'm assuming I over watered but just want to see what you think. I included my moisture meter results from just a bit ago today.

Any input would be appreciated.

yeh over watering do nothing till they come back up, they will be ok ive had it time to time myself dude. can take 4/5 days to come back up.

could be a little hot aswell.
