Drooping During Week 3 of Veg

Hey all, first post here, even though I've been watching from the wings for a little while around here... Ok, I'm having problems with a set of plants (5 total, 3 G13/2 Black Widow) that are in a recirculating 70 gallon DWC. The plants were started in earth plugs and transferred into 6" netpots filled with Hydroton at about 1 week old. They were just put into the DWC on Saturday, and they are now starting to droop. I've got a list of suspects, but obviously will be happy to provide answers to questions if possible (and will have pictures Friday-ish... I know, sorry)

1. Just switched to the DWC, which leaves the pots in an inch of water (to be fixed soon) which may be over watering by some means. See the end of the post for how this happened.

2. Just switched from 6,000 warm lumens from a conventional fluorescent to 20,000 cool lumens from a T5/HO fluorescent fixture.

3. Just switched from 24/0 light cycle to 18/6 light cycle.

4. Was feeding small amounts of 1500ppm nutrient solution (high ppm was due to lack of a TDS tester) and just switched to high amounts of 700ppm nutrients.

5. The DWC is missing one of it's two airstones. Friggin PetsMart didn't have another 5" disc, and they don't order stock till they're out. Oh my god. How stupid. Sorry, I digress.

6. Moving from the seedling box at ~ 80 F to the DWC closet at ~ 65 F with the lights off to ~90 F with the lights on.

SO! Thoughts?

*How the DWC manages to soak my pots after measuring 100 times, and then once more before adding drainage plumbing: When I cut the holes for the netpots in the lid of the container (an enormous 55gal tank) they had ribs to support any weight on the lid, and these got severed in 5 big circles. Plants go in and BOOM! the lid collapses 4 inches. What fun this is, learning lessons! Yay! So now I need to put some dowels in there, but that's Friday.
