How sweet would it be to actually get tend, smoke, and become a connoisseur @ a company like DNA, Soma, or Greenhouse?? Being funded to come up with new strains.... I think that could be the life. How the heck do you get in that line of work though? I've never seen a job ad. Do you just need to be a botanist? (I have a B.S. in biology; I could take the extra classes).

start breeding yourself and make your own strains
 
agreed. start breeding yourself and get your own :) or is it thae idea that you'd be paid for it? in which case follow step one, and then sell the results, then money comes in and you get paid for your work, and you take all the pay, not some crappy minimum wage kinda thing.

now a seedbank, that is one kick ass retirement plan :)
 
Good topic. I bet if yu start contacting the companies, you will get some headway. Advanced or Gh or Botanicare. Then again you got to relocate. But you never know where too!
