Drawing for CXB3070 Ideal 50-2234C Pre Drilled Holes?

Does anyone have info, pics or just a drawing of what the spacing is for the chip lok holder for the ideal holder for CXB3070's? Just the holder, not the Angelina lens adapter too.

I was able to find it. #5-40 M3 screws spaced 35mm apart.
