dr grinspoon and chernobyl 1 month veg

here they are so far from seed. only 400w hps. could turn it up to 600 or even super lumens but its too hot and 400 is plenty for veg. fox farm soil mixed with fertilome 1:1 ratio. abit of lime and kelp meal also. only watering so far ph every time 6.4-6.7. grin is in a 7 gallon but will probably go to a 10. chernobyl is in a 10. the grin si feminized. the chernobyl is regular but is showing female preflowers. single seeds is where i got them.

my plants are also very close to the hoods. like 6 inches from the glass.

thanks. i never tried this strain yet. i dont really like or trust dispensaries. had to get it after reading it's an heirloom. a recent high times also rated it in the top 10 and out of those top 10 it had the highest thc% very low cbds cbvs etc. gotta love medical laws. 12 plants is plenty. just grow the fuckers big and get lots of hps lighting. expensive but worth it and pays for itself in the long run. i'd like to try it hydro. maybe when i get my chiller and a coil. i hate changing ice packs everyday around the res. high temps are a bitch for hydro. but i like my room real hot to help prevent PM.

i was curious and looked it up 2day and its suppose to be like 25% THC but i also heard 2 that the CBD'S are lower in this strain

thats what the company barneys claims about the 25 but i think they just sorta round up and kinda do it as an advertising gimmick. it still was in the 20s though in high times. im sure they used gas chronography. thing is though if you smoke some stuff thats 25% and some other stuff thats say like 22%, it would be hard to tell the difference. i need something for day time and help appetite. these indicas make me want to sleep. the strongest sativa i got right now is super lemon haze. i think it has the best flavor out of everything its like lemon candy. but its been cloned so many times it's losing its vitality and been seeing a touch of PM on it. plus SLH isnt even close to a pure sativa. damn good tho.

i know i watched a youtube review on SLH and the dude swears by it!!!!! the taste is sweet as hell

have you ever tried vortex, or sour jack heard good things about those strains? I grew some kali mist my last grow was a little disapointed on the buzz it was a real mild sativa , it was a good day time smoke but had to keep hittin bong hits frequently it wasnt long lasting at all

never tried them. i heard vortex was real good. i did a lot of LA Confidential before which is pure indica. awesome stuff. makes me too sleepy though. sweet tooth also but it wasnt very potent. very easy to grow though and decent yield. LA Confidential was another one in the top 10 on high times and near highest for thc along with grinspoon. la is also snoop dogs personal favorite. grew many others also. blue widow was ok but nothing special. blue rhino was awesome. i also got this purple kush which is a special dwarf plant. im not sure of the genetics i got it as a clone only plant. i havent been able to get it to seed itself but i've seeded it with some hermy LAs and those plants are killer so far. cant wait to try the smoke. the purple kush stuff is very low yield and can be difficult for some but it's amazing. it gets me so high i get paranoid if i smoke too much. i wanna get it tested with gas chronography. i also got some SLH i crossed with LA on accident. it took more of the LA traits but has a slight lemon smell and is denser than pure LA. all my personal crosses are amateur but it's kinda cool to make my own strains. real crossbreeding should be done with males/females IMO, not hermies but hey, it does work othewise and you get feminized seeds. just not as good cause u got a high chance of hermy and usually the genetics are not as good. but when you do male and female, you grow many of each and take the best couple for an elite mix. wish i had enough room to do it that way.

also that chernobyl i had 2 males. my buddy is going to cross it with something as if it's not hybridized enough LOL. hopefully he picks a good woman for one of them.
