As I said earlier, I have no interest in this seed bank.
It doesn't make sense though that US customs would or even could target just one of the many overseas seed banks from the US. It would make sense if his postal admin on his side of the creek had US custom agent/s monitoring things at that end. Is that even possible I wonder?
