Down to earth 4-4-4 with canna liquid fertilizer?

Will using down to earth 4-4-4/4-8-4 in roots organic 707 soil and using canna bio vega/flores with every other few waterings be too "hot" for my plants?

If anyone has used both or either of this fertilizers please feel free to post how you've used them also.

Most of these types of fertilizers get top dressed and watered in. Are you sure it’s not 2-8-4?

Im not sure what’s in the other stuff, but the DTE should be enough.
