Have 2 Possible problems I was looking to get your guys input on.
1) Weird growth at the top of 1/2 of my plants in veg?? Has anyone seen this??

2) I had a hermie or something in my last grow so this time I'm trying my best to catch them if they pop up - I've attached a picture of one culprit i'm really nervous about. She has plenty of white hairs, but the bud formation looks very different from the rest. Any input and asap! would be much appreciated !
