Looks interesting. It's about time they made a vertical DE. I'm wondering why they put the glass protection around it.

Uneven heating resulting from vertical orientation will lead to reduced efficiency and shortened lifespan.

Not to mention inherent inferiority to LED in efficiency, spectrum, lifespan, safety...

It's a really cool steam locomotive, but diesel electric is better.

U see I always thought that was the reason DE weren't supposed to be hung vertically but assumed I was wrong when I saw this fixture!
