Dope-seeds has a good reputation. Growdoc recommended I order his stuff from them because Seed Boutique is out of stock. I think they are probably legit and seem to have a good shipping policy.

As far as seedbankupdate, I tried to get a response from them to register a complaint and didn't. I don't think it's a good review site to be honest.
