The really cool part about the crown vic police interceptor other than the upgraded suspension brakes and motor, is that the entire front end of the vehicle is bolted together! No spot welds, so you can change an engine on em in like 2 hours!

those motors are usually almost stock and only make like 230 horses

Crown vic interceptors are not at all performance oriented. They are meant to be reliable, durable and to scare people. Oh and I almost forgot....INEXPENSIVE, and disposable
