I ordered from this company a couple years ago and got my order within 10 days. I put in a new order back in Aprilgame pay for guarantee shipment in case anything happened to the order and I didn't receive it.I emailed I'm looking for my tracking number and I was told if you don't have your order within 4 days to contact them. I have contacted them numerous times and have not heard back from them. It seems they don't want to answer them cuz they're going to need to reship my order.I send my most recent email this morning and they sent me a link to write them I had to put a half a star as I can put a 0.as of now at 1:30 p.m. on May 20th I still have not heard from them and I'm guessing I won't do not use these people. When you send an email it says what backed up the original email I sent asking for my tracking number they responded the next business day but since then have been too busy to respond.Really beware don't use them you see people saying I had no problem with them and that's true I didn't have a problem the first time but if it gets lost and you paid for reshipment they're not going to bother at least as of now to reship the shipment.

Update on this review. I finally heard from them and they did reship my order that according to the tracking number I should have it Monday. It shouldn't take all this time to get a response and so if you deal with them guess you need to be patient at the same time they need to hire another person to take care of emails.
