Don't know if they're ready??

I'm 8 weeks since first whites pistels. They're now more brown in some but trikes still look clear on spots. Should I cut them or is it too early?

Thanks for the reply. That's what I keep telling myself, I'm just afraid of letting them go too far or them never going amber. I've heard some won't turn amber.
