Ok, heres the latest shit the UK government is trying to feed us:

For those who cant be bothered to read it, basically a guy had a car accident and killed some passengers of the car he hit. The driver "was found to have smoked cannabis the night before the accident" and "he also had a history of driving offences".

Ok, I dont know about you guys, but the morning after a session I am perfectly able to do day-to-day stuff, especially seeing as he already had driving conviction, surely that would be the more likely reason for him crashing.

ARGH I hate our government!

Also quote from the mother of the kids who died: "You wouldn't do drink or drugs the night before doing your driving test". Really?

im ok driving when im wrecked. when i get behind the wheel i buck my self up and am fine. its drink driving thats the problem

I personally think if you're on any Drugs, or you're drunk. DON'T DRIVE.

Well we are all fucked arent we, The night before, two days ago a week ago, it is still going to show up in your system.
Whether it has led to an error in your judgement or ability is another matter and will never be a generic factor amongst all people.
The fact of the matter remains, this idiot killed someone, admitted he smoked pot the night before, or did he just punch a couple of cones before the accident.
What we do (Smoke Pot Regularly) is always going to be looked at by the majority of other citizens as maybe the wrong thing to be doing. But when an accident like this happens it just adds to the resolve and beliefs of those other citizens, Ask your self how would you feel if it were your loved one that was killed.

My point is they clearly state he had previous driving offences, and the active ingredients in weed are almost totally gone by the time uve had a nights sleep! So really it was nothing to do with it, he obviously cant drive to save his life and theyre cashing in on the loss of human life to pin it on cannabis. Cheers government.

It doesn't help that people say they will drive when there stoned.
I know it's not the same as drink driving..
It's not like you'd get drunk and then go for a drive..
