donkey and sheep poo for ferts ?

i keep a donkey and a few sheep. they pretty much feed on grass and hay, and sweet feed for the real cold days.
i collect the old dryed turds and store in the empty feed bags. would this be good for plants? thx

As long as its properly composted yes it would be perfect.

Jamboss is correct.
Take your used donkey/sheep food & put into a compost pile. Turn it once a week (ish) & mix in some straw or news paper. It should be ready in 6-8 months - sooner and you very likely will experience the dreaded "Nitrogen toxicity".
