Don I just have to know... How many watts does your led setup draw for your room? and whats the coverage area?
The results of your grows are great and due to the climate here in the Dark Continent the LED's would be preferable to my hid lamps.

I have bought some low bin Chinese led's before and they work well but for smaller spaces and have had some decent success with them but not with the distance from the canopy like yours.
1.8Kw of Cobs and there's 'supposed' to be 500w of supplementary mono's, but only 200w are working at the mo'. I've just had to have a rough guess at coverage area, but it's around 60 sqft. So when I'm at full power, I'm still just short of 40w per sqft.

As for the results............I've gotta admit that the plants are all healthy looking and comin along well, but the jury's still out on that one and we won't really know until this round's down and dried. I've not really got any doubt's about yield and quality, but I'd be much happier if my mono's were working as the majority of my cobs are 4000k and the mono's are mostly bright and deep red to compensate.

Edit................It surprised me how high I've had to lift the lights from the canopy, but when I had them lower I was definitely getting light burn, the plants looked much happier after I lifted them.

lol i'm sure he wouldn't mind you just sitting in there for a bit with some java and a joint for a bit :)

so how many watts do you think you're pulling with those LEDs @DonBrennon
detailed post top of this page................(EDIT......those wattage values are actual draw, not what the cobs are rated at, that'd be around 5kw, LOL, I don't know how growshops/lighting companies get away with that bullshit)

.................but decided that the mono's are gonna be used for something else after this run and replaced with 4 clu048 1212's 3000k 90CRI per light. The mono's just can't handle total 143v required to power the full string and just keep blowing and tripping my lighting circuit out. Luckily I've been home whenever it's happened, so it's not effected my lighting cycle.........yet. At least I know my circuit protection system works, safety first:bigjoint:

hahaha, not creepy at all, you wanna try living in the same house as them, I find myself just standing there staring at them, it takes me hours to do anything in the grow room, pmsl
funny i have this same problem......

and yeah i dont get how they can say (xxxx) watts but the actual draw is (xxx).... seems stupid

You do know it's not a good idea to get my mind thinking in directions like that?

Ok I spent quite a while now trying to find where you told us what the big girl in the middle is (I'm positive I knew/asked before lmao)... to no avail ... sooo...
can you please give me a tour of who's who in there? again?
Cheers!

...........mmmmmnnnnn, budget air travel is so affordable right now, too..........Lmfao ;)

I'll do a little tour later when the lights come on, but getting individual plant shots is getting a little tricky. It's getting cramped in there, I suppose it's how I like it, not totally got over my coco & 'SOG' days

With regards to the impressive lady in the middle...........she's labelled as 'C99 #1', but I've got a 'Blue Iguana' and 'C99 #2' which look very similar to each other and the 'C99 #1' resembles the breeders description of Blue Iguana?????? I'm starting to doubt my labelling. I only hope that if I have mis-labelled these plants, then I've equally mis-labelled the cuttings too, because my cuttings labelled Blue Iguana didn't survive being fried by my light, although I do have both C99's in cuts. o_O

LOL I was up matching 6 week plants with respective sisters tonight and got them matched finally, all scattered around at the start because a 3 day rain came out of fucking nowhere. Have some C99 crosses (Sour Diesel x Shiskaberry x C99) from Greenman which are leading the pack right now in seedling development, looks like something which does well here.

Yeah and I can think of a bunch of excuses for being in your general area too... though considering the magnetic effect of your rooom it may be hard to get out of the house --oh cut it out already, will you! :P

Ohlol!! well on the pic, she does look differen from all the others, but that may just be her praying as she is there - what about the alleged c99 clones, do they look anything like their alleged mommies?!
Clearly different are those in the back left corner, if I had to guess I would've said those are the c99s - but don't listen to me haha:bigjoint:
Good luck sorting!

Gonna put a disclaimer up now...............the next couple of pages may be slow as fook loading, I've had a Garden tour' reguest of a certain 'Garden Godess' and can't refuse, LMFAO, My camera is set to the lowest pixels possible and I normally reduce that size further before posting(a good tip for others who's threads are too slow to load up!!!), but there's gonna be too many shots for all that hassle, if you wanna see em', you'll have to wait for them to load up.

These are all 'day 40' since flip...................here goes

PK x L #2............2nd most sativa................a note for @calliandra here............the reason I leave the 'Little Phalli' (PMSL) when I top is to prevent the stem from splitting when I LST them. It didn't work on this plant, twice. The main stem, which is now buried, split right down the middle and healed itself before I noticed and then the stem on one of the 2nd toppings split, as seen in the 1st photo. You can also see the scar from the string I tied around the stem with to prevent it splitting further.IMG_8779.JPG IMG_8781.JPG IMG_8784.JPG
