Ok so I am a prop 215 patient in california. My friend's friend is coming to town from a different state with active paperwork from that state. could there be any legal issues involved with donating some meds to him? Could there be any potential legal problems? Or if his paperwork is valid would there be some sort of loophole about the system?

So I'm better off sending him to a "street dealer" or a place to get his doctors rec if he's staying in town for longer than a week?

The thing is - it is not my friend I would be doing it for. I would take the risk with one of my friends. I am a little more cautious with a friend of a friend.

So give it to your friend and have him give it to his friend. Unless your friends friend is a cop there is not much risk. Unless you're doing it in public.

Who is going to know? Is there anyone that you're afraid will call the cops on you and turn you in for sales?

eh, I'm just being a little more paranoid than cautious I guess. It will work out one way or another..

you selling him quanity or something? if hes a cop hes not gonna set you up for a bag of personals.. if you are just selling a small amount then i wouldn't be concerned but i can understand ur concern if you selling him lbs

Kindfarms he wants enough to "last" (assuming he smokes as much as me he could want a qp or hp - will find out when he gets here)

give it to your friend he or she can deal with there own friends

Doing this my friend is a 215 patient - not into taking the risk for myself.

Tell ur ff to get card and buy medicine. or tell judge it was ff and advise from ff, he/she will love that and u can go to narcotics anonymous meetings instead of jail. My motto is murphys law.

"Hello, 911? I'd like to turn myself in for felonious possession and distribution of 2.4 grams of cannabis.."

"Yes, I see. You're telling me that would be foolish? Is citizens self-arrest still an option??"
