TNF is trying to isolate the genes in the Sk18, so the RKS shows up more often. TNF said he went through 100s of plants to find 4-5 Male/Females that he considered good enough for the breeding project. So hes being honest, and not saying this is RKS. Only theres some in there to be found, and hes trying to more Isolate it, without killing the vigor/variation to much. These will be open Pollinated as hes not trying to bottleneck the genes.
He is also going to have a 90s Super Skunk female clone, crossed with the Sk18 in the fall.

The Nature Farm also posted a Terpene Profile Test Results, and they were really interesting vs most any other strain Ive researched. Theres a site that has hundreds, if not thousands of Terpene Profile Reports.

Also not trying to push it 1 way, or the other.

But the Sk18 has NONE of the most common Terpenes.

Most common Terpenes are

Limonene
Myrcene
Myrcene, and Limonene are the 2 most common Terpenes.
Linalool
a Bisabolol
Delta 3 Carene
Borneol
A/B Pinene
Eucalyptol
Terpineol
Caryophylllene
Camphene



The thing is.. Sk18 has


No Myrcene
No Limonene
No Caryophyllene
And has a more Rare of the Pine type terpenes in marijuana as it has

Terpinene vs and is more rare.
No Terpineol
Eucalyptol
Camphene.


The MAIN Terpene in Sk18 is

Isopuegol… Which is very rare, and they say generally not enough in marijuana to be beneficial.....This stuff is loaded!!!!

Happens Sk18 is 92%.7% ISOPUEGOL!!!!!!!!
Ive looked though hundreds of strain profiles and have found 00000 like this.
Isopuegol has Anti Seziure Properties, sooth pain, and calming,and all kinds of other things.

Isopulegol in Cannabis gives a minty odor and flavor. Found in eucalyptus it is a chemical compound formed from cintronella to make a monoterpene. It's menthol properties gives a soothing taste and sensation that is calming.

Health benefits are minimal as it is usually found in low concentrations. The menthol scent can overpower the other medicinal properties.(Source)

Isopulegol along with other menthol oils have shown to give a cooling effect, be anti-inflammatory, an emollient, aid in breathing and ease from aches and pains. It has the ability to target the nerve receptor TRPV1 to extend sensory feelings.

Research shows promising benefits with isopulegol for the gastrointestinal tract as well as reducing seizures. Ulcers were found to be improved by prostaglandins, K(ATP) channel openings and antioxidant properties.(Source) Seizures were found to be reduced for isopulegols ability to affect the GABA system and it's antioxidants.

I think it is Very Interesting Sk18 HAS A VERY UNCOMMON TERPENE, AS ITS MAIN TERPENE!!!!

The Second most abundant Terpene is.

Bisabolol.

Bisabolol is also an UNCOMMON TERPENE, and makes up 12.1% of the total chemical profile.

So 2 Uncommon Terpenes make up the main profile. I find this interesting, and is also interesting it has 000 of the 2 main Terpenes found in 99% of Modern Cannabis. Or at least found in the samples.

Theres 000 Limonene/Myrcene. Also not saying Limonene/Myrcene are bad/undesirable. Its just really uncommon.

The Sk18 also has high amounts Thiols.

Plants are 4-4.5 feet tall, and were vegged 70 days.. We also consider Vegging to begin when the plant starts to throw Staggered Branching vs branches that are Directly Across from each other.
The leaves he says are like ape hands. At first he was comparing the leaves to Wilt ChamberlinYao Ming hands, but theyre way bigger than that. The largest fingers are probably 15-18 inches long, and 3 inches wide. He says most people that really don't know what weed looks like, may not identify them as weed because theyre so big. Tropical looking.

All the plants are very uniform, with 2 phenos, but they are all really really alike. 1 pheno is slightly taller vs the other and will stretch a bit more in flower, but all in all theyre really consistent. Every plant looks like a keeper, so the bottom line will be ultimate potency, and yield....If anyone wants a mostly Broad Leaf Indica Skunk Hybrid if you pass on these its your loss.

Most all of the leaves, but not all, are Double Serrated/Sawtooth, on every plant.

Other friend I gave 2 packs of the Dominion Skunk. They are 1 month. 26 seeds started, and 18 females. These showed really fast. These were started under 1000w Hortilux EYE HPS/Promix BX.. 24 hours lighting....Both use Chem Grow fertilizer. 4-20-39...15.5-0-0
0-34-52..Flowering in 3-4th weeks only on an 8 weeks strain.
But Epsom Salts locally.
The Dominion Skunk smells of Skunk Spray, and is evident as soon as you come into the house. Its not RKS, but so far is Skunk. Not cat pee.....Though some of the best stuff ever was cat pee/floral...I gots nothin against cat pee/floral. Ive not got down and really checked them out. They are in the basement, and I was upstairs. As soon as you come in, you can smell skunk. Wont be long until its out the door.

While the leaves on these aren't gigantic/yet, they also have potential to be huge, and are more narrow leaf, but aren't narrow by any stretch of the imagination. They can be as big as the Granny, just not as wide. The Skunk are also very uniform so far..Its nice for a change to have to have a hard time picking a keeper out of 1 pack of seeds, when in most cases most plants aren't even worth keeping.
I also gave him 2 packs of the Local to start in 2 months. After these are run through...
The guy with the Granny will also get a cut of the keeper(s) from the Skunk run, and vice versa. The Skunk guy, can get any cut the other comes up with. We all work together to the ultimate end.

The Nature Farm Genetics...Corpse Flower, and Weasel Skunk.

Corpse Flower is supposed to be 10000% RKS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is 90s clone only MassSuperSkunk x Sk18 BX OP which the 2-3 males were picked from over 150 males for REEKING DEAD SKUNK.

The MSS already IS RKS and is well known, and was bred to 2-3 selected Sk18 Males...This should produce Dead Funk, and is a prolific yielder. Stretches 3x in flowering.

The Weasel Skunk is the Original Weasel Cut of Original Diesel.. NO FAKES x Sk18. Nature farm guys says the Weasel is his Desert Island choice over any weed, which I think is a huge endorsement.
Hopefully the Diesel is retained.

The Local Skunk is Original Diesel x ( Cuddlefish Hashplant x Sour Diesel IBL ) x Skelly Hashplant/Sk1...

Cuddlefish is the Sister to Skelly.

Both originated from Nevils Seed Bank Hashplant, which was a cross of PNW Hashplant x NL1, and then the F2 Male bred back into the mother PNW Hashplant. The plants were selected to resemble the PNW Mother...Cuddlefish, and Skelly are from the same cross. Distant Sisters???..I believe a guy named Squid was the 1 who found the cut, and is now deceased. Im also pretty sure someone mentioned he was friends with Subcool.

So we will have 2 different strains with the original Weasel cut of Diesel. 1 crossed with several strain combinations( Local ), and 1 with 1 crossing. Weasel x Sk18.....I think this is going to be the best late Fall ,and Winter in a long, long time.

Then the Pole Cat will come in December, and we'll add that to the list, amongst anything else Duke comes out with that in the Sk variety.... Buy it will be a slow process on integration. They'll have all they can do with what they have now. But while I was convinced DD had some fire from photos, and remarks, my buddies are confirming this stuff looks to have outstanding genetic selection. You don't get stuff like this to be so consistent by pollen chucking. You can tell by the smell, and structure of this stuff early on that its got some really good genetics.

In fact, I took the glass lenses(spelling) off of the hoods in the bud room a few days ago....I"m running bare back this fall/winter. I assure you, there's no spider mites on these plants now atm. I've used "mitey wash" and it works fantastic, back in late september. Never claimed to be a perfect grower

Yeah, the "mitey wash" product works like a charm. I just follow the directions and it works....no bullshit. Neem oil this, neem oil that...never tried the stuff. Usually July and August are the worst months for me. I keep my room as clean as possible but the heat and humidity kick my ass in the summer time. Now that the night time temps are in the 30's and I run my bud room lights at night, I have no problem. I'll tell ya, I've always kept my reflector lens' clean all the time...but I can tell the light is a little more intense since I took the glass off. I'll put the glass back in next may or june, we'll see.

And I'll tell ya.....one of the best investments I made in my bud room was buying 3/4" horse stall mats to cover my cold ass concrete floor. Great investment imo.
