Doing things easier or cheaper sticky?

I thought I saw a sticky about how to do certain things either easier or cheaper. I can't for likes of me remember where i saw it..

I believe the Op was a female with kitty maybe in her name..

I was in the middle of something and saw the thread and thought to myself once Im finished I gotta check that out. Well I forgot, and forgot where it was..

Might possibly be a good break for you. I've seen and heard a lot of people who try to do things the cheap and/or easy way. It usually costs them a bunch of mental and often financial anguish with sad results. Do it right and be happier.

From the amount of replies in the thread I believe it's at least worth a read. I'm trying to look everywhere but riu is running slow for me so it's a bit frustrating. Plus i have some things I would love to share.
