Does your dank smell like plant matter/hay after harvest too?

Well here we are, 24 hours after harvest and the buds, 3 different strains, smell like cut grass.

I know you have to cure the plant in jars for atleast 2 weeks after 1 week of drying. But, I have cut some other stronger plants that really held the dank smell all through the drying process. I can't believe I need to wait another month to really enjoy this!! :wall:

its more like a week if done properly. look around for harvest and curing techniques.

i hear yeh man i just finished drying and was hopin for 420 budds but by the taste sio far.. not lookin so good.

I have also experienced this "cut grass" smell. I guess it has something to do with the moisture and chlorophyll as most plants smell like this when cut. Let it cure out it should go away.

Dry real slowly for better results, and cure.

Patience is a must if you want a superior product ;-)
