Does this type of partial leaf necrosis look familiar?

Hi,

I'm just going to jump right in - does this particular pattern of leaf disease ring a bell for anybody?

Plants are generally very healthy and happy in their greenhouse, 4th week of flower in soil. Temps have been on the cool side at night, especially earlier on. Fan leaves have developed similar symptoms since very early in their life as seedlings, but the rate of 'infection' is slow enough that its only now starting to be a concern.

I don't believe this issue is related to nutrients or to bugs, although it is possible that aphids have acted as a vector. (We keep them around for fun). There were similar and worse problems last year. Some of the soil definitely has some pythium or fusarium hanging around.

But again, I'm really curious if the pattern jumps out at anybody.

Thanks so much.

I also thought it looked like some type of wilt, but not sure. This picture was as close as I could find, hope it works out for the best, good luck!

Spidermite City! Lol

I've a 10 year old cut of Paradise Seeds Sensi Star that expresses the same as your problem, I think @sugarcan.
Here's one at around 7 weeks flower with it. It doesn't seem to worry the plant or me for that matter lol.

I'm having the same problem with one autoflower im growing at the moment. Ive seen this somewhere before and after remembering it I thought I had TMV( Tobacco Mosaic Virus). There are some thorough threads on thcfarmer about it. Its something else though because its the "Tobacco" mosaic virus. I didnt finish the thread yet so I forgot what it could be. Heres the plant that has the same issues as yours...

Yours looks like it has a nutrient deficiency though.

How though? Care to explain more?
Just the leaf appearance. From experience. Had some similar issues with plants placed outside too early in the spring here. Plant autopsy later showed screwed roots. A lot of pros here in Alaska who are free with advice. Wet, dark perfect for any microbial growth and with slow uptake of water and nutrients with slow or no drying in the center it's easy. Rotting shit is acidic.

Funny thing I noticed today, I have the plant that has similar leaf symptoms (minus deficiency) as the op. The plant is on a pot on top of grass (on a 4x4, white, drain tray on top of cement blocks. Its slightly on an angle so the runoff can fall through a hole I drilled.). Anyway, where the runoff pours, I see grass that is starting to show the same leaf symptoms as the op. Now, It might be root rot, but know I doubt it. That or there was root rot and the plant must have caught some "virus" and it is spreading. I seen that mosaic virus' can spread by touch, or with water going through a plant and that runoff can "infect" other plants and many other ways. Maybe its a shot in the dark but what do you think?

I'm not there and honestly there's a couple of things that present the same. But if it's runoff killing something it might be lockout. The PPM would have to be really high for that. I've tossed 1500 PPM used hydro solution and the weeds love it.

No, the runoff was lower than what I put in, so I know theyre eating, so I raised the feed/ppm/ec. I went back to the thc farmer thread about tmv and finished it. It's either genetic, a mosaic virus of some sort (I think it is because of what im seeing), or some say it could be to feed the plant more. Idk man, still looking for answers.

Good luck and let us know. I am interested in the outcome.
